# PHP Versions Compatibility in ORIV 

> Learn about PHP Versions Compatibility in ORIV. Understand which PHP versions work with different stacks and Ubuntu server versions.

With **ORIV**, you can select from various PHP versions depending on your server setup. This gives you the flexibility to support both older applications and newer PHP websites.

Check out the table below to learn PHP versions compatibility based on the server stack, operating system version, and whether they are supported on ORIV or not.

## **Supported PHP Versions on Ubuntu Servers**

### **📌Notes**

* **Ubuntu 20.04 is deprecated** in ORIV. You can no longer create new servers or sites using it directly.
* If you still need **PHP 7.4** or **Ubuntu 20.04**, we recommend that you migrate to the latest Ubuntu version.
* You can connect **fresh Ubuntu 24.04 LTS x64 servers** from any provider to ORIV.
* These new servers support both **NGINX** and **OpenLiteSpeed (OLS)** stacks.
