# How to Remove a Card or Delete an ORIV Account

Users may sometimes need to update their billing information or close their account due to changes in subscription needs, billing preferences, or personal circumstances.

Follow the process for removing a saved payment card and requesting the deletion of an ORIV account.

## Remove a Payment Card

To remove or delete a payment card from your ORIV account, you must contact our support team. Once your request is received, our [support team](https://oriv.cloud/support) will remove the card from your account and downgrade your subscription to the Free Plan. Payment methods cannot be removed while an active paid subscription is in place, so the downgrade is required before the card can be deleted.

## Delete an ORIV Account

To downgrade your account to the Free Plan or to delete your ORIV account, you must contact our support team. Our support team will handle the entire account deletion process and verify your account to ensure there are no servers and no active billing.

Once the verification is complete, we will permanently delete your account.
